Can’t find my country?

  1. Currently, we only sell to the USA and Canada
  2. You can still buy the ticket in person at the Niagara SkyWheel. (Still save $, but without 2nd bonus admission to the SkyWheel)

The Final Step says my card is declined, how can I get this to work?

  1. Standard Visa and MasterCard credit cards are the only ones we accept online. Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards are not accepted. 
  2. Ensure name/mailing address details match the one registered with the CC Company. Especially the postal code. 
    1. If you've moved recently, try enterting the previous address. 
  3. Try a different Credit Card.
  4. Contact Credit Card Company or check online to ensure card valid and credit available.

How can I make a refund request for my Pass/Ticket?

  1. This is not possible, since you’ve already accepted the terms and conditions which clearly states there are no refunds.

Options:

  1. The Fun Pass is valid for a year.  You can schedule another visit within that time.
  2. For system errors, refunds are automated. (See below)

  1. Confirm which email was originally used and check your junk/spam folder for the email confirmation.
  2. If your credit card was charged and you did not receive a confirmation, please see the question below.

My credit card was charged but the web cart generated an error instead of a confirmation?

  1. The order may have completed as expected, so please confirm which email was originally used and check your email for the confirmation.
  2. Also check your junk/spam folder.
  3. If the order is incomplete, the system will automatically issue a refund up to 48 hours afterwards. 
  4. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

I can’t print the confirmation with bar code correctly?

  1. In the confirmation email, right click the bar code image (located at bottom of order) and load to display. Then try printing again.
  2. Alternatively, we can also scan a mobile phone device with the email confirmation open, showing the bar code. Though you must go to SkyWheel booth 1 (ie. right hand side) to redeem.
  3. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

I purchased passes/tickets for someone else (ie. gift), but the person redeeming is not the "credit card holder" and will/was denied the items. 

The purchaser (ie. Credit Card Holder) must be present to redeem tickets in person, on site. This is stated on each product description, sales terms & conditions, confirmation, etc. 

  1. The "purchaser" (ie Credit Card Holder) must be present and bring 1 piece of photo identification [eg. Drivers Licence, Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Military/Armed Forces Identification Card, LCBO Bring Your ID Card (BYID), Secure Indian Status Card (Government of Canada) A Permanent Resident (Government of Canada), A photo card issued under the Photo Card Act.]  As per the listed person(s) in step 2 above. Health cards not accepted.
  2. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

How long is my Pass/Tickets good for?

  1. Your pass/tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase. (Single Use)

Do I have to use my passes in a certain order?

  1. No. You can visit the attractions in any order that you would like.

Where do I get my tokens?

  1. You can swipe your fun pass card through the purple readers located on the front of the token machines in the Great Canadian Midway.

What do I do if I lose my pass/tickets?

  1. Bring your receipt to any of the attractions listed on the pass/ticket and we can recover your pass/tickets for you.

Where can I redeem my online order?

  1. Bring your printed confirmation with bar code to any of the attractions listed on the FUN PASS and we will provide you with all the items in your order. Mobile devices with email confirmation showing the bar code is also accepted, though you must go to SkyWheel booth 1 (ie. right hand side) to redeem.
  2. Please note: the purchaser (ie. Billing Contact) must be present to redeem tickets on site, in person.

How can I purchase tickets or passes as a gift for someone else?

This is possible, and there are two options:

  1. Ship to Address: The purchaser (ie. Credit Card Holder) can have the passes shipped to their address for a small fee. They will receive activated passes and can give them out as they wish.

  2. Standard Online Order: In this case, the purchaser (ie. Credit Card Holder) must be present to redeem tickets on site, in person. Once they've redeemed the passes/tickets they can give them out as they wish. The "Credit Card Holder" brings 1 piece of photo identification [eg.
