1) Can’t access the order system?

  1. Ensure the web address is correct:

  2. Try a different web browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
  3. Try another device (Desktop computer, Laptop, Tablet, etc.)

2) Can’t find my country?

  1. Currently, we only sell to the USA and Canada
  2. You can still buy the ticket in person at the Niagara SkyWheel.
    1. Still save $25, but without 2nd bonus admission to the SkyWheel.

3) Final Step says my card declined, how can I get this to work?

  1. Standard MasterCard and Visa credit cards are the only ones we accept online.
    1. Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards are not accepted.
  2. Ensure name/mailing address details match the one registered with the CC Company.
    Especially the postal code. 
  3. Try a different Credit Card.
  4. Contact Credit Card Company or check online to ensure card valid and credit available.
  5. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

4) How can I make a FUN PASS refund request?

  1. This is not possible, since you’ve already accepted the terms and conditions which clearly states there are no refunds.
    1. Options:
      1. The Fun Pass is valid for a year.  You can schedule another visit within that time.
      2. If none of the above applies: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

  1. Confirm which email was originally used and check your junk/spam folder for the email confirmation.

7) I can’t print confirmation with bar code correctly?

  1. In the confirmation email, right click the bar code image (located at bottom of order) and load to display. Then try printing again.
  2. Alternatively, we can also scan a mobile phone device with the email confirmation open, showing the bar code. Though you must go to SkyWheel booth 1 (ie. right hand side) to redeem.
  3. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

8) I purchased items on behalf of someone else (eg. gift or want to sell to), but the person redeeming is not listed under “Purchase For:” or “Bill To” in the confirmation.

This is not possible, the purchaser (ie. Billing Contact) must be present to redeem tickets on site, in person. 

  1. The "purchaser" (ie Billing Contact) must be present and bring 1 piece of photo identification [eg. Drivers Licence, Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Military/Armed Forces Identification Card, LCBO Bring Your ID Card (BYID), Secure Indian Status Card (Government of Canada) A Permanent Resident (Government of Canada), A photo card issued under the Photo Card Act.] to redeem the order. Health cards not accepted.
  2. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

9) How long is my pass good for?

  1. Your pass is good for one year from the date of purchase. (Each attraction can be visited only once)

10) Do I have to use my passes in a certain order?

  1. No. You can visit the attractions in any order that you would like.

11) Where do I get my tokens?

  1. You can swipe your fun pass card through the purple readers located on the front of the token machines in the Great Canadian Midway.

12) What do I do if I lose my pass?

  1. Bring your receipt to any of the attractions listed on the pass and we can recover your pass for you.

13) Where can I redeem my online order?

  1. Bring your printed confirmation with bar code to any of the attractions listed on the FUN PASS and we will provide you with all the passes in your order. Mobile devices with email confirmation showing the bar code is also accepted, though you must go to SkyWheel booth 1 (ie. right hand side) to redeem.
  2. Please note: the purchaser (ie. Billing Contact) must be present to redeem tickets on site, in person.

14) How can I purchase tickets or passes as a gift for someone else?

This is possible, though the purchaser (ie. Billing Contact) must be present to redeem tickets on site, in person. 

  1. In the "Purchase For:" section please provide recipient details (eg. full name, address, phone, etc. )
  2. In the "Bill To:" section please provide your details (eg. full name, address, phone, credit card details, etc.)
  3. Ensure the "purchaser" brings 1 piece of photo identification [eg. Drivers Licence, Passport, Canadian Citizenship Card, Military/Armed Forces Identification Card, LCBO Bring Your ID Card (BYID), Secure Indian Status Card (Government of Canada) A Permanent Resident (Government of Canada), A photo card issued under the Photo Card Act.]  As per the listed person(s) in step 2 above. Health cards not accepted.
  4. Ensure the "purchaser" brings a printed confirmation with bar code to any of the attractions listed on the FUN PASS and we will provide them with all the passes in the order. We will also accept a mobile device with email confirmation showing the bar code, though you must come to SkyWheel booth 1 (right-hand side) to redeem.
