Can’t find my country?

  1. Currently, we only sell to the USA and Canada
  2. You can still buy the ticket in person at the Niagara SkyWheel.

The Final Step says my card is declined, how can I get this to work?

  1. Standard Visa and MasterCard credit cards are the only ones we accept online. Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards are not accepted. 
  2. Ensure name/mailing address details match the one registered with the CC Company. Especially the postal code. 
    1. If you've moved recently, try entering the previous address. 
  3. Try a different Credit Card.
  4. Contact Credit Card Company or check online to ensure card valid and credit available.

How can I make a refund request for my Pass/Ticket?

  1. This is not possible, since you’ve already accepted the terms and conditions which clearly states there are no refunds.

Options:

  1. Online tickets are valid for a year.  You can schedule another visit within that time.
  2. For system errors, refunds are automated. (See below)

My order completed but no confirmation was received by email?

  1. Confirm which email was originally used and check your junk/spam folder for the email confirmation.
  2. If your credit card was charged and you did not receive a confirmation, please see the question below.
  3. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

My credit card was charged but the web cart generated an error instead of a confirmation?

  1. The order may have completed as expected, so please confirm which email was originally used and check your email for the confirmation.
  2. Also check your junk/spam folder.
  3. If the order is incomplete, the system will automatically issue a refund up to 48 hours afterwards. 
  4. If none of the above works: Call our support line 1-905-358-3676

How long is my Pass/Tickets good for?

  1. Your pass/tickets are good for one year from the date of purchase. (Single Use)

Do I have to use my passes in a certain order?

No. You can visit the attractions in any order that you would like.

What do I do if I lose my pass/tickets?

Bring your receipt to any of the attractions listed on the pass/ticket and we can recover your pass/tickets for you

Where can I redeem my online order?

  1. Bring a printout of your confirmation or a mobile phone device with the email confirmation open, showing the bar code.
  2. Any person named on the order with a valid ID can redeem passes/tickets. (ie. licence, gov't photo ID)

How can I purchase tickets or passes as a gift for someone else?

This is possible, and there are two options:

  1. Purchase FUN PASS in-park. 
    1. Physical Fun Pass cards can be given to recipient to use within a year of purchase
  2. Buy Online
    1. Any person named on the order with a valid ID can redeem passes/tickets. (ie. licence, gov't photo ID)
