Ghost Tours of Fort George

Experience Fort George after dark this Halloween! Join the Friends of Fort George for a candlelit tour, where you will hear a score of ghostly accounts while being introduced to the fascinating history of haunted Fort George and Niagara-on-the-Lake. This is not the kind of ghost tour where actors portray the ghosts or people jump out and try to scare you. We tell the real stories of people's real experiences with real spirits. You may even walk away with an experience of your own!

Halloween Ghost Tours include a guided candlelit walking tour, interior access to both the Soldier's Barracks and the Officer's Quarters. Be sure to dress for the weather!
 

Halloween Tour Dates:
Friday, October 17th through to Sunday, October 19th
Friday, October 24th through to Sunday, October 26th
Thursday, October 30th through to Sunday, November 2nd

Tour Times:
7:00 PM  and 7:30 PM
10:00 PM and 10:30 PM

Some believe that Halloween is the time of year when supernatural forces are most powerful, and the barrier between this world and the next is at its weakest. For others, it's just the perfect time of year for a good ghost story.  Join us for an exploration of the scariest aspects of haunted Fort George.
