The Tea Party with Bif Naked

The Tea Party is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their chart-topping album, TRIPtych; featuring the #1 song "Heaven Coming Down." The multi-Platinum selling, multi-Juno Award nominated trio consisting of singer/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Jeff Martin, bassist and multi-instrumentalist Stuart Chatwood and drummer/percussionist Jeff Burrows released a small collection of 5 songs in 2021 with the album, Sunshower; a companion piece to Black River, released in 2019. The compilation of songs will ultimately form the eventual full-length album Blood Moon Rising.

Since releasing its major-label debut album Splendor Solis in 1993, The Tea Party has come to be regarded as one of the world’s most innovative rock bands, with a sound that incorporates everything from traditional instrumentation from around the world, to cutting-edge digital technology. Now, after more than 30 years as a band – and 3 million albums sold, The Tea Party is ready to open a new chapter in its saga, a story that remains rooted in the goal to create new, ambitious, and thought-provoking music.

Multi-platinum artist, Bif Naked is a genre-defining icon in Canadian music. A best-selling recording artist and author, her influential career—spanning seven indie-rock albums—is marked by chart-dominating anthems like the #1 Billboard Canada hit "Spaceman," the iconic "I Love Myself Today," and fan favourites such as "Tango Shoes," "Lucky," "Daddy's Getting Married," and "Let Down," with her video for "Moment of Weakness" becoming a heavy-rotation staple on MTV TRL. Her remarkable life and activism are the subject of a new documentary, ‘Bif Naked a Documentary’ which premiered at The Calgary International Film Festival in September 2025, garnering an Audience Choice Award before it had its broadcast debut on Super Channel in November 2025.
