The My Generation Tour brings together three legendary hitmakers of the 60’s- The Lovin’ Spoonful, The Hollies and Gary Lewis & The Playboys-for an unforgettable night of classic rock and timeless pop. Fans will relive the era that defined a generation with chart-topping hits like Do You Believe in Magic, He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother and This Diamond Ring. It’s a celebration of the music that shaped the soundtrack of the 60’s, performed live by the icons who made it famous.

The Lovin' Spoonful

The Spoonful formed in New York’s Greenwich Village in 1965 at the Night Owl Café and signed to Kama Sutra Records. They appeared on every major TV show of the era: The Ed Sullivan Show, Hullabaloo and Shindig! Their first single, “Do You Believe in Magic,” flew to the top of the charts and was followed by an unprecedented string of hits including: “Daydream,” “Younger Girl,” and “Summer in the City,” to name a few. The band was so influential that such music legends as Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson cited them as forces of inspiration as did so many others. The Lovin’ Spoonful was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000. Today the Lovin’ Spoonful tours with founding member, Steve Boone, and Jeff Alan Ross, Bill Cinque, Rob Bonfiglio and Mike Auturi.

The Hollies feat. Terry Sylvester

The Hollies were originally formed in 1962, a British pop rock band from Manchester, England. One of the most successful and influential bands of their time; known for their tight vocal harmonies, catchy melodies, and polished production. With over 30 charting singles in the UK and multiple hits worldwide; they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2010. The band continues to tour with original members, Tony Hicks, Bobby Elliot, and Terry Sylvester.

Gary Lewis & the Playboys

Discovered by producer, Snuff Garret in 1964, Gary Lewis & the Playboys' clean-cut, upbeat pop songs with catchy melodies and harmonies brought them to the top of the charts  with "This Diamond Ring," and "Count Me In" at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 1965 Gary himself was Cash Box magazine's "Male Vocalist of the Year", winning the honor over other nominees Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. He was the first and only artist in the 60's to have his first seven releases reach Billboard magazine's Top 10 on the Hot 100 chart. Along with his appearances on various popular television shows including American Bandstand, Hullabaloo, and The Tonight Show. Gary accumulated an impressive five appearances within two years on the Ed Sullivan Show.
