Can we substitute or change any of the attractions offered in the Ultimate Fun Pass or Fun Group, Choice Package?

  • Sorry, there are no substitutions with any of the passes.

How do we purchase the Ultimate Fun Pass or the Fun Choice Package?

  • When you arrive on Clifton Hill, present your confrence badge or mention you are with the CMA Confrence, to the attendant in the SkyWheel Booth in the SkyWheel Plaza and you will receive the group rate for the passes.

Is this offer available to the general public?

  • No, this prefered rate is extended to Canadian Medical Association members and their families only.

What if I don’t want all of the attractions listed in the pass? Is there a different rate?

Where are these attractions located?

If we don’t visit all of the attractions in one day is the pass still valid?

  • Yes, you can use the pass for up to one year after purchase.

What are the ages for Children?

  • Children are considered 12 years and under (3 years to 12 years)

Are there any age that are free?

  • 2 and under are free – they do not get tokens for the Great Canadian Midway

Where can the passes be purchased?

  • Passes can be purchased at each attraction listed in the Pass or the SkyWheel Ticket Booth located in the SkyWheel Courtyard. You must mention you are with CMA in order to receive the prefered rate and passes

When can we use our Attraction Passes?

  • Passes are accepted at each attraction during normal hours of operation.

How can I pay for the Attraction Passes?

  • Accepted methods of payment are: cash, credit card or debit card.

What credit cards do you accept as payment?

  • We accept: Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover Card.

What is the Niagara SkyWheel?   

  • The Niagara SkyWheel is Canada’s largest observation wheel. It towers 175 feet (53 metres) over the Niagara Falls delivering memorable views of the Horseshoe and American Falls, the Niagara River, Niagara Parks and other landmarks. Climate controlled gondolas provide year round sightseeing comfort, day and night.

How many people can each gondola accommodate?

  • Maximum number of passengers per Gondola is 6.

If we only have two people in our party can we get our own gondola?

  • We try to accommodate all requests. We cannot guarantee it, depending on the volume of people at the time.

How long is the wait for the SkyWheel?

  • Depending on the volume of people waiting it can be up to 20 - 30 minutes. 6 Gondolas load simultaneously and each ride cycle is 10 – 12 minutes.

How tall is the SkyWheel?

  • 53 meters tall [just over 175 feet].

How long is the Ride?

  • Each ride cycle is approximately 10 – 12 minutes long and revolves 3 times.

At what age can a child ride on the SkyWheel without an adult?

  • We do not have age restrictions we have height restrictions. Children under 42” in height must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the Niagara SkyWheel wheelchair accessible?

  • Yes it is. Two gondolas are accessible and there is a portable ramp to enable the wheel chair to enter the gondolas.
  • Each gondola is rated for over 1,300 lbs and the seats fold up and out of the way to allow for a wheelchair.
  • If there are other people in your party, one seat could be put down to allow for seating.
  • The width of the access between the doors is 28". 

What is the Great Canadian Midway?

  • The Great Canadian Midway is an entertainment complex that offers 70,000 square feet of fun and will provide hours of entertainment for the entire family. You will find the newest in video simulation games, interactive and hi-tech video games, arcade games, pool tables, air hockey, and much more. When you play redemption games, tickets can be won and redeemed for awesome prizes.

What is the admission fee for the Great Canadian Midway?

  • There is no admission charge – just the cost of tokens to play games.

Is the midway Wheel Chair accessible?

  • Yes it is wheelchair accessible.

How many tokens do the arcade games take?

  • Most games take between 1-4 tokens to play.

Where can we purchase tokens to play the games?

  • Tokens for games can be purchased in machines located throughout the Great Canadian Midway.

What method of payment can we use to purchase tokens?

  • The Token Machines take cash only. If you are paying with a credit card or debit card, you can purchase tokens at the Information Booth or Prize Booth.

What is Movieland Wax Museum of Stars?

  • Movieland Museum of Stars is a wax museum that features life-size figures of movie, television and recording stars in authentic re-creations of the scenes that made them famous. With over 100 wax figures, an interactive exhibit, 2 short film areas and 2 horror chambers Movieland isn’t your typical walk through a wax museum.

  • Yes, Movieland is wheelchair accessible.

How long does it take to go though Movieland?

  • It takes approximately 30 – 40 minutes to go through the museum.

What is Ghost Blasters Dark Ride?

  • Ghost Blasters is an interactive ride that gives families a thrill when they ride through a haunted house and try to shoot ghosts with lasers.

How people do each car hold?

  • Each car holds 2 people

Is Ghost Blasters wheelchair accessible?

  • No, it is not wheelchair accessible.

At what age can a child visit the Ghost Blasters Dark Ride without an adult?

  • There are no age restrictions for this rides only height restrictions. In order to ride alone you must be 42" tall.

How long is the ride?

  • The ride takes approximately 5 – 10 minutes.

What is FX Ride Theatre?

  • FX Ride Theatre is a motion simulator ride where the seats move in conjunction with the movie. With surround sound and a large screen you will feel part of the movie. 

What Movie is playing?

  • The current movie is Clown Chaos. This motion-simulated show takes you on a wild and hilarioul ride through a broken down fun house on a car that twists and turns and rolls and creeks.

At what age can a child visit the FX Ride Theatre without an adult? 

  • Children must be over 36”. Non-moving seats are available for children under 36” that are accompanied by an adult.

Is this ride wheelchair accessible?

  • Yes, it is wheelchair accessible and will be in the non-moving seat area.

How many people can this theatre accommodate?

  • Theatre seats up to 40 people at a time.

How long is the movie?

  • The movie is 8 minutes long - not including wait times.

 What is Dinosaur Park Miniature Golf?

  • Dinosaur Park Miniature Golf is an outdoor miniature golf course where you are surrounded by lush vegetation. You can test your putting ability against natural hazards such as water and sand traps and roaring dinosaurs.

How many holes does Dinosaur Park Miniature Gold have?

  • It is an 18-hole miniature golf course.

Is Dinosaur Park Miniature Golf wheelchair accessible?

  • Dinosaur Park is not wheelchair accessible.
