The Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games will officially end with the last Parade of Teams in a breathtaking Closing Ceremony overlooking Niagara Falls on Sunday, August 21 from 7:50 to 10 p.m. in Queen Victoria Park.

Everyone is welcome to join in the free live entertainment and celebration of our country's young athletes while taking in the spectacular sights of Niagara Falls. In order to raise money for the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, which works to better the lives of First Peoples in Canada, the unique evening will include a range of Indigenous acts as well as music by Toronto's POESY and The Tragically Hip's guitarist, Paul Langlois.

At 10 p.m., a spectacular finale of fireworks and a special evening illumination of Niagara Falls will wrap up the family-friendly celebration. To guarantee everyone's safety throughout the night, police, security, and first responders will be present on the scene.

Set a Meeting Place in Advance - Niagara Parks suggests that friends and relatives who are attending the celebration take a moment at the start of the evening to set a specific time and spot as a meeting place in case they get separated after the show.
