City of Niagara Falls Winter Activities

Reading Time:  3 minutes -

For many of us locals, we have turned to the great outdoors as a way to escape our homes during the lockdowns, where we can meet others with a measure of safety. Expansive fields, parks and trails has made the lockdowns far more bearable and so its time to brave the chill and get in a workout!

Since temperatures fluctuate during the winter, the municipality has provided activities to enjoy in all conditions. So check the weather and dress appropriately if you are in for some nearby fun!

Individuals must maintain a physical distance of 2 meters (6 feet) from those outside your group of up to five (5) family members, and wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible.

Follow the city map below to find a winter wonderland near you.
