COWS Ice Cream began in 1983 with an old-fashioned recipe from Cavendish, PEI. They use cream with a very high butterfat content of approximately 16%. The result is very creamy and melts in your mouth. They use only fresh cream, real eggs, and sugar, and you can choose from 32 + flavors. Their Chocolate ice cream (featured in picture) is made with the finest cocoa imported from Holland.
