ChΓ’teau des Charmes was founded in 1978 by Paul Bosc, a fifth-generation French winegrower and among the earliest Niagara wineries to earn international acclaim. My family and I went on a hot Friday afternoon and were placed by the hostess at the front Dome located right beside the vineyard.
