One of the most recognizable chefs in Canada, Massimo Capra will be in Niagara Falls on Friday for the official Grand Opening Gala of Massimo Capra’s Rainbow Room Fallsview Restaurant. Capra, who joined the culinary team at the legendary Rainbow Room Fallsview Restaurant in the fall will meet & greet attendees who will be treated to a celebration of food & wine. The showcase will be held on Friday January 21, 2011 at the Rainbow Room from 6:30pm-10:30pm and will highlight some of Capra’s most popular dishes through interactive chef stations and samples.
