Fallsview Casino Resort is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offerings will include the hotel, gaming floor, slots, electronic table games, select dining establishments, the parking garage and Galleria shops and dining amenities. Table games will gradually begin to re-open. Currently at both the Fallsview and the Casino Niagara, the electronic table games are available for customers to enjoy. These games include Dynasty Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat and Sic Bo, Roll to Win, and electronic Craps.

The Dining facilities at Fallsview Casino include:

*Ponte Vecchio – Opening July 30th daily from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. *The Noodle Bar – Opening August 4th daily from 12:00 pm – 2:00 am. *Hotel Room Service – Now available for breakfast only, from 7:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Fallsview will begin to offer limited blackjack, baccarat and single zero roulette in the Salon Prive on Friday, July 30th. Additional table games will be available beginning on Friday, August 6th.

Casino Niagara is now open from 10:00AM – 2:00AM daily, with last entry permitted at 1:15AM. Offerings include the gaming floor, slots, electronic table games, Perks Café, LEV2L Sports Bar & Entertainment (from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm), and the Chill Bar.

At this time, table games and the poker room will not be available at Casino Niagara.

*As of August 4th at 10:00 am, the Casino Niagara will return to its 24/7 operation!

What are the hours?

Casino Niagara is open 10AM to 2AM daily (last entry at 1:15AM) until August 4th at 10:00 am, in which it will become a 24/7 operation again. Fallsview Casino will be open 24/7.

What entrances can be used for guests?

Casino Niagara: The main rotunda entrance to the gaming floor is open. The entrance from Falls Avenue will remain closed at this time. Fallsview Casino: Guests will only be able to enter through the main entrance and from parking garage at Fallsview Casino Resort.

Will Momentum Cards be required?

A Momentum card (or PAC card) is required by every person entering the gaming floor of Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. Your contact information and the date and time of your attendance at Niagara Casinos may be disclosed to Canadian Public Health Authorities for contract tracing purposes, as required by law. If you do not have your Momentum card, or are a new visitor to our properties, we will be happy to provide one for you.

Is the casino open to the general public?

Yes, both Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort are open to the general public. Please remember when planning your visit to note that higher demand times will be during evenings and weekends. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Will there be capacity limits?

Yes, we have capacity limits on both the gaming floor and across property to ensure that physical distancing can be easily maintained.

Is the self-parking available?

Yes, the self-parking garage is open and available for guests to use. Parking is complimentary for Ignite cardholders and above only.

Can guests earn free parking?

Free parking will be available to Ignite cardholders and above. All other customers will be required to pay for parking. Rates will fluctuate based on day of the week.

Can I pay with Cash in the casino?

Cash will be accepted in the casino, but to increase safety, we’re encouraging contactless methods of payment (tapping credit or debit cards) instead of cash.

How are capacities being managed?

Door counts will be used to enforce the capacities.

What about capacity in the Fallsview Casino Galleria?

Yes, the capacity in the Galleria is also going to be managed to ensure that physical distancing requirements can be met.

What happens if we hit capacity?

Entrances and the parking garage may be temporarily closed.

Is Valet open at Fallsview Casino?

Valet service will be unavailable until further notice.

Is the PlaySmart Centre open at Fallsview Casino?

Niagara Casinos has an ongoing commitment to responsible gambling. The PlaySmart Centre will re-open with the same health and safety and physical distancing requirements as the rest of the property.

Will buses be running?

Our bus transportation, including Safeway, charter buses and the Casino shuttle between Fallsview and Casino Niagara will be temporarily paused as we re-open.

Health and Safety

What Health & Safety Precautions should I expect to see when I return?


-Face coverings will be required to be worn on the gaming floor
-Momentum cards will be required to be swiped in order to enter the gaming floor to meet contact tracing requirements
-Changes have been made to the gaming floor, Galleria, dining areas and more to assure that physical distancing can be maintained
-Limited capacities across property to ensure that physical distancing can be maintained
-Enhanced cleaning procedures across property
-Easy access to hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes
-Additional signage to remind guests and associates of health and safety protocols

What are my responsibilities when visiting?

-Stay home if you are not feeling well
-Practice physical distancing by staying 2 metres apart from other groups.
-Wear a face mask or face covering
-Cover your mouth & nose when sneezing or coughing. If you use a tissue, put it in the garbage and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer right away
-Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

Do I need a face mask or covering?

Yes, face masks or coverings are mandatory while visiting our properties. You will be asked to temporarily remove your face covering safely for identification purposes as you enter the gaming floor.

What if I have a medical reason and cannot wear a mask?

If you have a medical condition that restricts you from wearing a mask, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit for your own safety and that of our other guests and associates. Masks will be mandatory for all guests entering the gaming floor.

Why do I need a Momentum card to enter the casino?

A Momentum card (or PAC card) is required by every person entering the gaming floor of Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. What if a guest seems to be exhibiting symptoms?

If a guest begins to exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 while on the property, Security will be notified immediately and they will be isolated until they can safely leave, and the local public health authorities will be notified.

What happens if there is a positive COVID-19 case confirmed on property?

If a positive COVID-19 case is confirmed on property, enhanced disinfection procedures will occur, contact tracing by Niagara Region Public Health, and Niagara Casinos will follow all recommended directives and actions by Ontario Public Health and Niagara Region Public Health and Emergency Services.

Where can I learn more about the Momentum Program?

The Momentum Desks at Fallsview and at Casino Niagara are ready to help with all of your Momentum questions.

Why did you change the rewards program from Players Advantage Club to Momentum?

As new members to the Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment family, we wanted to offer you a program that offers a more personalized experience while you plan your trip and visit our properties. Momentum offers you more choices so that you can design your visit with us based on your individual interests. Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment’s reward program Momentum has won numerous awards and offers you more flexibility and choice for your rewards. Therefore, it is a great fit for us!

What happens to my Players Advantage Club membership?

Your PAC membership and card number will automatically transfer over to Momentum.

What happens with my PAC card?

When we re-open, you can continue to use your PAC card, as it will continue to work in the slot machines and at Table Games. You are not required to get a new card, but upon re-opening, you will be able to get a new Momentum card printed at the Momentum Desks (formerly the Players Advantage Club) or VIP Services at Fallsview Casino Resort.

Why isn’t my PAC card working?

If you are having any issues with your PAC card, please visit the Momentum Desk and one of our associates will be able to assist you.

What is happening with my cards status?

Your status level will transfer to a new Momentum status. Your Momentum status and card type will be based off the Status Points you earned through your Players Advantage Club card. If you are unsure of your card status, please visit the Momentum Desk or your My Momentum account online.

What is happening with gaming offers?

If you had gaming offers active on your account as of March 16, 2020 we have extended those offers to be active until December 15, 2021.

What is happening with dining offers?

Due to limited restaurant services, we will be temporarily pausing all comping and food offers.

When can I get my loyalty gift offer?

At this time the pots and pans loyalty gift is on hold. We will update eligible patrons as soon as we can with further information.

What Promotions will be offered?

Promotions and Tournaments have been temporarily paused.

What is happening with hotel offers?

Hotel offers will be based on availability to rated, qualified players.

What is happening with entertainment offers?

All entertainment offers have been cancelled at this time. As the situation continues to develop we will provide an update as soon as we can.

How do I get your emails?

Casino Gaming

What is available for slots?

In order to maintain physical distancing measures you will notice that some machines have been turned off, chairs removed and clear protective barriers installed. Please enjoy playing safely, do not crowd around machines and respect physical distancing rules. Machines will be sanitized regularly and wipes are also readily available for you to wipe down your machine.

Can people in the same group stand next to each other and play Slots/Electronic Gaming Machines?

Yes, people from the same household can sit together to play.

Are table games available?

Electronic table games will be available for you to enjoy at Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. These Dynasty games include Roulette, Blackjack, Mini Baccarat and Sic Bo. Fallsview will begin to offer limited blackjack, baccarat and single zero roulette in the Salon Privé on July 30. More table games and game types will be available beginning August 8th. Casino Niagara will not offer Table Games or poker during the initial stages of our re-opening.

Is the Casino Niagara Poker Room open?

No, the Poker Room is not available at Casino Niagara. Please stay tuned for updates.

What do I do with expired cash out vouchers?

You can bring an expired cash out voucher to the Cage and Coin to be redeemed until October 20, 2021.

Casino Dining

What safety precautions are taking place in dining areas?

Disinfection of all high touch services will be our top priority in our dining outlets. Dining tables, bar tops, stools and chairs will be disinfected after each use. Condiments will be served in single use containers and menus will be single use or digital.

What is available for dining?

At Fallsview Casino the following dining amenities will be available: The Falls Deli menu will be served in the Grand Buffet to allow for physical distancing, 11AM – 10PM, 7 days a week Infinity Bar, 9AM – 2AM (last call at 1:45AM)

At Casino Niagara the following dining amenities are available: Perks Café – Serving premade sandwiches
12PM – 8PM, 7 days a week. Chill Bar 10AM – 1AM (last call at 12:45 AM)

Is the Buffet Open?

Our buffets will remain closed until it is safe to re-open.

Can I use the self-serve beverage stations?

At this time the self-serve beverage stations is unavailable.

Can I get takeout?

Takeout is available from Perks Café at Casino Niagara.
Takeout is available from select Fallsview Casino Galleria Dining amenities.

Is there an Ignite and above express dining line?

Yes, there is an express line available for Ignite and above cardholders.

Is the VIP Lounge open at Fallsview Casino?

The VIP Lounge (formerly the Platinum Lounge) will be closed during our initial re-opening stages.

Are there Fallsview Casino Galleria dining options open?

Yes, some dining amenities in the Galleria are open. Please check with the individual establishment for hours, and health and safety precautions.
Sit-in dining in the Galleria has been adjusted to accommodate physical distancing. Please do your part to physical distance while in line and dining.

Fallsview Casino Hotel

What safety precautions are taking place at the hotel?

For daily cleaning of rooms, guests will be required to leave the rooms. Rooms will be vacuumed daily, wet wiping with disinfectant will be completed and each room will be fully cleaned after each guest use. All hard surfaces in the room and bathroom will be disinfected including:
-Desks, counter tops, tables and chairs
-Phones and remotes
-Thermostats
-Cabinetry, pulls and hardware
-Doors and doorknobs
-Bathroom vanities and accessories
-Bathroom fixtures and hardware
-Windows, mirrors and frames
-Lights and lighting controls
-Closets, hangers and other amenities
-Individual amenities such as hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand sanitizer will be available in each room and extra pillows and blankets will be available upon request.
-Drinking glasses and coffee mugs will be replaced with a single use paper cups.
Hotel information will be available on our TV system and all reusable collateral has been removed from hotel rooms.

Is the Spa, Pool and Fitness Centre open?

No, at this time the Spa, Pool and Fitness Centre will remain closed.

Can I order room service?

At this time room service is not available.

Fallsview Casino Galleria Shopping Area

What precautions are in place in the Galleria?

Our Fallsview Galleria has been transformed and there is now more room in our shopping streetscape for you to pick up your favourite items. To ensure physical distancing is possible within individual amenities there will be a limited number of guests allowed in at a time. Not all stores and services may be open and store hours may change without notice. Please visit the Galleria page for store details.

What entrances are open?

Guest will only be able to enter through the main entrance at Fallsview Casino Resort.

Do I have to wear a mask?

Masks are required as per the Niagara Region Bylaw in all indoor spaces by all visitors over the age of 5.

Can patrons sit and eat in the Galleria dining area?

Yes, seating is available in the Galleria dining area and has been adjusted to accommodate physical distancing. Please do your part to physical distance while in line and dining.

Entertainment

What is happening with Entertainment?

All Entertainment at Fallsview Casino is currently paused. Entertainment will resume when permitted by the Province. As this remains a fluid situation, please continue to visit our website and the specific artist page for updates on performances and ticket information.

I have tickets to a cancelled show, what now?

For purchased tickets, please visit your original point of purchase for a full refund. If purchased through Ticketmaster online, refunds will be processed automatically. For cash purchases made at the Fallsview Box Office, refunds will be available when the Box Office re-opens.

I have tickets to a rescheduled show, what should I know?

All tickets that were purchased for the original date will be honoured. We encourage you to hold on to these tickets. Those not able to attend the new show dates are eligible for a refund at the original point of purchase. If purchased online through Ticketmaster you will be able to self-serve the refund through your My TM Account. For cash purchases made at the Fallsview Box Office, refunds will be available when the Box Office re-opens.

When is the new Entertainment Centre opening?

An opening date has not been confirmed and will happen when allowed by the Province.

Will there be live music at Fallsview Casino or Casino Niagara on weekends?

No, at this time there will be no live music available.
