CIRQUE NIAGARA is a timeless masterpiece that will become the focal point and nucleus of the "New Niagara".

Their first show Avaia raises the bar in creativity, artistry and innovation for Canadian Entertainment. It will have a limited engagement beginning May 20, 2006. This spectacular production will be hosted in the Celestial Palace Tent by the Rapidsview location at Niagara Falls (across from Marineland).

Already declared an instant classic, Avaia is one of the most anticipated and powerful productions to date. It will bring a vivid mosaic of the world's best acrobatic performers with the world's greatest theatrical equestrians.

The show will consist of stables of the world's greatest performing horses and a cast of 55 of the world's greatest cirque stars, this one of a kind show is coming to North America for the first time.

An epic odyssey displaying amazing feats of cirque artistry infused with imagination and the greatest equestrians in the world. Experience a revolution in theatrical entertainment. Avaia Creator, Mairbeck Kantemirov, is an internationally acclaimed producer who has won numerous international awards while artistic director, Oleg Kantemirov has performed in many Cirque du Soleil productions and has more than 25 years of experience in both performing and directing.

The Kantemirov Family created the first original shows, which combined horses and acrobats in a circus performance, and are no strangers to the circus, theatrical and film industry.

The family has well over one hundred years of experience capturing the hearts and imagination of audiences worldwide. Russia's greatest equestrian theatrical riders, acrobats, artists and some of the rarest breeds of horses are set to perform for live audiences in Niagara Falls.

"We created this show because we wanted to help people think about why we live in this world and why you were born," said Mairbeck. "We want the audience to come with us through history in order to better understand what might be possible in the future. Our horses are there as our partners, actors in the show much like any other performer, rider or Cirque artist."

This world-class Cirque performance was specifically tailored for Niagara Falls and soon Rapidsview Park, located across from Marineland, will be completely transformed. With one of the greatest wonders of the world close by, Cirque Niagara's AVAIA will prove to be yet another reason to visit Niagara Falls.

The performers are already getting rave reviews from some sneak preview performances.
