Please note that we are operating with reduced staff levels and your patience is appreciated. If you are applying for a refund, these will be processed as soon as possible.

We will respond to all requests for refunds.

Under extenuating circumstances CliftonHill.com customers may be eligible for a refund on ticket and pass purchases.

If you feel you warrant a refund, please complete the entire email form below and submit. The email must be received by our office within 1 month of your original order date. Each application will be reviewed on its own merit and therefore there is no guarantee that a refund will be approved. Someone will contact you by email within 5 business days from the date of submission to advise if your refund request has been approved or denied. During peak times, additional processing time may be required.  Since our reply will be sent by electronic mail; please ensure the email address you have provided is valid and junk/promo mail folders are monitored. If the request for refund has been approved, a representative from CliftonHill.com will use the credit card details provided to process the refund immediately. Your funds should be credited to your bank account within 3-4 business days. Please note: these refund requests can only be made for CliftonHill.com/CoreCashless.com orders. Refunds for orders made with the following affiliates: TripAdvisor (Viator, Groupon, etc.), Expedia, Get Your Guide, and Costco.ca, must be made with them directly.
