The 21st Annual Niagara Food Festival occurs just after all the Labour Day weekend events (click here to see what’s happening in Niagara Falls). Head to Welland on Friday, September 5th, 2014 to Sunday, September 7th, 2014. This is “The Peninsula’s Tastiest Party” and draws an estimated tens of thousands of visitors every year, with possibly this year surpassing those previous. The Niagara Food Festival is set in Downtown Welland, just a short drive from Niagara Falls. For 2014, there will be over 40 food vendors participating, plus various other art and community vendors.
Many of 2013’s food vendors will be returning, as well as newcomers such as Smoke’s Poutinerie, U Need a Pita, The Salty Pig and C.C. Swirls.
For the third consecutive year, Food Network star and Montreal Celebrity Chef Chuck Hughes will be returning, as will our hometown TV favourite, Anna Olson.
