Here is a quick rundown of the most common questions asked about Clifton Hill and the answers to them.
I’m in Niagara Falls…where is Clifton Hill?
Below is a map to print off, you may also find additional maps here.
Where and how much is parking?
Parking is available in the driveway that runs off Clifton Hill (between Wizard’s Golf and the Ripley’s Believe it or Not! Museum) with an additional entrance off Victoria Avenue. The public parking is plentiful and spacious with more than enough spots available even on busy holiday weekends. Public parking is year round, and during the “on season” (Spring/Summer) ranges between $13-20 for the entire day. The prices fluctuate due to the day of the week and whether or not it’s a holiday weekend. It is central to quick access to Clifton Hill, to view the Niagara Falls, Hornblower Niagara Cruises, the Skylon Tower, and the Fallsview District.

Are there any places along Clifton Hill to store my belongings/purchases?
Yes! The Great Canadian Midway has lockers at the rear of the building next to the washrooms. The fee is $1 and you may use it all day. The Midway closes at 2:00 am daily during all seasons.
Uh oh! It’s raining and I have no umbrella. What do I do?
The Canada Trading Company is a large souvenir store located across from the Dinosaur Adventure Golf on Clifton Hill. They sell a wide variety of rain gear, umbrellas, and rain ponchos which can be purchased for as low as $1.99 +HST.

Yes! There are two ATM’s in the SkyWheel Courtyard, two ATM’s in the Victoria Street Courtyard (between KELSEYS Original Roadhouse and the Niagara Speedway), one in Boston Pizza Clifton Hill (by the entrance leading into Strike! Rock N Bowl), and three located inside the Great Canadian Midway (2 by the main entrance and the other leading into Wendy’s).
I want the Clifton Hill Fun Pass, am I able to purchase them ahead of time?
Absolutely, and it’s the most recommended way to purchase the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. While both online and purchasing the pass on-site is the same price, purchasing it online will get you another bonus admission to the Niagara SkyWheel.
Simply log onto www.cliftonhill.com, find the Tickets tab, click on “FUN PASS” and follow the simple steps. When your order is complete, you print it off and that receipt is now your ticket to the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. When you arrive on location you may take this receipt to any of the attractions listed on the Fun Pass to pick up your cards. You must show a piece of ID to go with your receipt to confirm your identity. This means that if you drop your receipt and someone finds it, they will NOT be able to claim your purchase(s). There is no fee for children 2 and under. Children are 3-12. If you don’t have access to a printer, they can scan your purchase order off your phone at the Niagara SkyWheel or the Movieland Wax Museum.
*Please note that the credit card holder must be present to collect these items on site. Valid Photo ID required (passport, licence, government issued photo ID.
Can I upgrade my individual attraction ticket to a Clifton Hill Fun Pass?
You may as long as you keep your receipt. However, the cashiers can only upgrade your purchase when you completed ONE attraction, and no more. Keep in mind, when you do the Niagara SkyWheel, Dinosaur Adventure Golf or Wizard’s Golf, plus the Movieland Wax Museum, you have already spent more than purchasing the entire Clifton Hill Fun Pass. That’s what makes this such a deal!
I lost my Clifton Hill Fun Passes! Now what?
Make sure to keep your receipt. Your receipt contains a barcode that a cashier can scan for you and pull up your purchases. Your card(s) that you lost can be cancelled so that no one else can now scan them at the turnstiles, and you will be issued a new card(s) for the attractions that you have left remaining to do. If you throw out your receipt after your purchase you will unfortunately be out of luck!
Is the Niagara Speedway part of the Clifton Hill Fun Pass?
The Niagara Speedway is NOT part of the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. Tickets must be purchased in person and all parties that you are buying for must be present. There is a height requirement for both drivers and passengers that the cashiers that must be met before accessing the track.
What are the Hours of Operation of the attractions?
Our Hours of Operation are constantly updated online. If the date you wish to come to Clifton Hill isn’t listed, it will be as that date gets closer.
Do you have a Lost & Found?
We have a lost and found located inside the Great Canadian Midway at the “Information Booth”. We also have Clifton Hill Security that is on patrol 24/hours a day, 7 days a week. If you lose any items, ask a cashier along Clifton Hill to call Security. The cashiers are trained to know that if any “high value” items are found, they turn it into Security for safe handing. This would be items such as purses, wallets, credit cards, identification cards (including passports), car keys, and cellphones. If you have already returned home, please call our guest services number 1-800-801-8557. They will direct your call appropriately.

Unfortunately not. The exception would be Guide Dogs for the visually impaired. However, use your own judgement. This does not include any “rides” such as moving theaters or the Niagara Speedway.
Are wheelchairs available for rent?
We do not have wheelchairs to rent on property, however if you plan ahead of time for your trip, you may rent them at the locations listed below. Be sure to call ahead of time to assure availability. Most of our attractions, restaurants, and retail stores are wheelchair accessible.
