Concerts in Niagara Falls: Music in the Park

Reading Time:Ā  4 minutes -

During the Summer virtually every tourist is aware of all the concerts in Niagara Falls down at Queen Victoria Park, with free Coca-Cola sponsored concerts at 8:00 pm on fireworks days — which is every Friday, Sunday andĀ HolidayĀ evening at 10:00 pmĀ until September 1, 2013. Queen Victoria Park’s big draw is of course the backdrop of Niagara Falls, which generates an estimated 12 million tourists a year to this spot. However, Niagara Falls is also home to a unique, quaint downtown core just a few minutes drive from the brink of the Falls. Queen Street, is home to authentic stores and restaurants and its revitalized look of new sidewalks and parks has garnered attention from local artists, springing up some new galleries which just adds to its renovated look. Just look for the newly added “Gold Q” arch that hangs above the street! This street, which has been around since the early 1900’s, is also holding concerts in Niagara Falls.
