Pedal 100 for Heart Stroke

Put your heart into it and join us on Sunday, August 17th for the 11th Annual Pedal 100 for Heart&Stroke.
This is an important event that embodies personal challenge, beautiful scenery and LOTS of fun. More than 350 cyclists attend this annual event. Over the last five years the Pedal 100 has raised more than $150,000 to continue to deliver breakthrough medical advancements, social change, and health education that help to reduce the devastating impact from these diseases.
The starting point for the event is at Henley Island Rowing Club in St. Catharines. Cyclist leave bright and early with route distances of 30, 60, 100, 160 and 200 km throughout west Niagara. Cyclist come back satisfied after completing their long journey and enjoy a hearty and healthy meal.
Raise more funds, save more lives
Your donation helps fund new initiatives including:
Treating and preventing cardiac arrest in children
Helping to prevent and manage high blood pressure
Setting the standard in stroke care through research, treatment, and recovery
Developing a full array of clot-preventing and clot-busting drugs
Studying the causes and treatments of childhood stroke
