Free Niagara Falls Fireworks and Concert Series

May 15, 2009 - October 9, 2009

Event Details: Niagara Falls fireworks is Canada’s longest running firework and concert series. The fireworks will light up the skies over Niagara Falls every Friday, Sunday and holidays at 10:00 p.m., after our free Coca Cola Concert Series at 8:00 p.m. Additional firework shows have just been added for every Wednesday in July and August and every Friday from September 11 through October 9, 2009. It’s the perfect free family outing!
All dates and times are approximate and subject to change. Niagara Falls fireworks displays are weather permitting.

Event Details: Niagara Falls Canada Day Celebrations will take place at Optimist Park with a parade commencing at 11:00 am. The parade will travel along Portage and continue west on Morrison to Optimist Park. Musical entertainment, displays by the Niagara Railway Museum and many others inside the hall.

Niagara Antique Power Association is holding its 37th Annual Heritage Display over Canada Day Week end. Events include Horse Pull, Tractor Pull, Sawmill Demonstrations, Gas Engines
Display,Blacksmith Demonstrations, Christmas in July Feature in Log Cabin, Arts & Crafts, Model Engines Display, Flea Market, Looney Store, Pie Shop, Ice Cream Shop and lots of Great Food to eats while you watch the entertainment. Visit all the many displays such as the Petting Zoo, Birds of Prey Antique Truck and Car Display Tractor Display etc. etc. Come and join us in our 37th Annual Display!

Event Details: A free family oriented concert series combining a great mix of music styles with concerts scheduled on Sunday with the following dates - July 5th, July 19th, August 2nd, 16th, and August 30th, 2009. Bring your chair or blanket an enjoy an evening of entertainment in our beautiful outdoor setting at Waterfront Park at the end of Ridgeway Rd. in Crystal Beach. Ridgeway Summer Festival

the 2009 Ridgeway Summer Festival is two days of fun and free entertainment for families. We have expanded this year with two entertainment tents with non stop free entertainment from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. both days. Saturday night street dance 7 p.m. Lions Club Pancake Breakast both days 8 a.m. - 12 noon. Plenty of crafters and food vendors. Historical shopping district with unique shops for your browsing pleasure. Wildlife display both days. Car show on Sunday. Musical entertainment includes, Blues, Motown, Country, Gospel, Big Band. Buskers - Johnny Toronto - Saturday, Madame Buskerfly - Sunday.

Childen’s entertainment, Pirate Show, Magicians, Clowns, “So you wanna be a movie star” Train ride on the trail, Tim Horton’s Activity area, Inflatables, Merry-go-round for 5¢ a ride. Live auction - Saturday. Games with cash prizes for children & adults - 100 musical chairs, Simon Says. Eating contests.
